Enter your tracking number to see where your parcel is. You'll find it in the email we send as soon as your order ships.

Your order is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then handed to the carrier. You then receive your tracking number by email.

Delivery takes about 9 business days on average. Tracking can take a few days to update after shipping; that's normal. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

An item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered? Write to us with a few photos: we'll replace or refund it in full.

Check your spam folder, or write to us with your order number (it starts with #). A real person reads every message.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes about 9 business days on average. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we ship anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order here.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 15 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered: then we replace or refund it in full.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet before ordering: the neck for a collar, the chest for a coat, the paw width for boots. Between two sizes, or not sure? Email us their measurements before you order and we'll help you choose.
Are your toys safe?
We choose products made for pets and explain on every product page how to use them well. As with any toy, supervise play and chewing, and replace a toy as soon as it is damaged.
